If you’ve left something behind in a ride, contact Juno Support at 1 (844) JUNO-USA as soon as possible. Our Support team will help put you in touch with your driver. You can also email us at email@example.com or from your trip history.
If you’re unable to get a hold of your driver, we’ll do our best to connect you to coordinate the most convenient way to have it returned.
Please keep in mind that when drivers travel to you to return forgotten items, they do so at their own expense. You may be charged a $15 dollar return fee that will go directly to them.
